@Lydia R. Thanks for the reply! I’m definitely going to look into it. I’ve been getting mixed responses of it’s okay as long as you don’t have realtor in the business name. Then I’ve also heard you can only use Realty if you are a broker. But I will definitely look into it though.

Hey everyone, I’m about to become a real estate investor and I wanted to know if it’s okay to have Realty in my company name as I wholesale homes? Any help would be appreciated.
