The rehab work was $65K.   At this point there seems to be structural issues and the corrections have yet to be completed and the HM loan expires soon.

Scope of work was full rehab, each payment was made by draw and supposedly inspected prior to by lender's inspector but problems are being found now.

Well, on my first rehab i've had the nightmare contractor.   Long story short, this job has taken much too long and the work is not good.   What type of attorney should i search for and anyone have any recommendations in the Atlanta, GA area?   Thanks!

I saw something in the area that caught my eye.   I'm looking to learn more about the area as there seems to be a lot of decent residential and commercial properties there.

So, I would be interested if anyone had more info to share as well.

East Point seems like it has  a lot of potential.   What are the areas to avoid in East Point?
