Hey everyone,

Im a beginner real estate investor and am starting a monthly meet up in Roseville at Sports Page Bar and Grill. Having a meet up  every third Thursday of the month (hopefully easy to remember). Looking for other millennials to get together since most other investor meet ups are older people (no offense). Just to get together, share ideas, and use each other as resources. Feel free to bring a friend,,, chill meet up with food and beer if you want. Im going to bring my laptop to pull up properties while there. See ya there!

Seems the majority of homes in my target price range of under 150k are mobile homes in a community. I plan to rent the property. Mainly wondering if its a good first "type" of house to buy. Being that it seems more susceptible to repairs. Then again I don't know too much about mobile homes  (should consider buying one then?). Any surprises that come with mobile homes that are not typical to a usual home? Does this community provide property management (with a fee?) or is that up to me to provide/ hire?

There are other houses that are not mobile home units in my price range, however they are much older/need repairs/bad neighborhood/etc.. So contemplating going with a nicer looking not so bad of an area mobile home.

Any wisdom and advice is much appreciated! Thank you!
