Unfortunately with how things have been going with COVID19 the location is not allowing anyone to hangout, it sucks but is best to reschedule for next month, next third Thursday of the month we will be out there, look for the post... sorry again for any inconvenience.

Overall its a yes-no, meaning for me I totally agree with the Jim Collins philosophy from ep 116 of BPM. However, I do try to wait for the bottom of a large drop (but you can't predict when that will be). So my philosophy is to give up a small percentage essentially as a write off, example is wait a good three to four months of solid bull market with positive headlines before making a large purchase. Same with selling, you can't time the top, and it will drop faster than you can sell it, so sell it while it's still rising and consider yourself grateful for the good time haha. I think this is  a decent way to time your purchase and sells, it could already be a thing idk.

"Fear kills more dreams than failure ever will" I know how scary it can be going to a meet up being a newbie. Thats why Im getting as many newbies for this one as possible. Strength in numbers. Ive got some stripes on my belt but im still a newbie myself so I would love to have anybody who has been investing and has experience to be there to answer questions for us newbies. Bigger Pockets community has been awesome and Im glad to be apart of it!

Your boardgame looks good and good idea! I've never played cash flow but am familiar with it. Frankly, if this was a real thing right now I wouldn't buy it. Its just too pricey from $50-$80, if you can remove the very cool and badass rubberized satin finish and go with the typical boardgame box material, and other tweaks, maybe you can get your prices down. You have me as a buyer between $30-$40.  I hope to see this come to reality some day!
