Thanks @Colleen F., and yes that would be a cool alert to have lol. Yes, it seems that Frontpoint is the leading company for me right now I'm getting a lot of recommendations from other investors familiar with our market.

Does anyone know of any good home security systems with outside perimeter cameras that doesn't need wifi connections for a student rental?

Is there any insurance companies who will insure student rental properties at a reasonable premium?
