Hello! My Goal to buy a good deal within the next 2 months. After reading multiple books, podcasts, and videos, i need to get my feet wet with my first purchase. Any recommendations?? Thank you!! I agree. It is tough, but not impossible. I know that State Farm will not write single family homes for individuals who do not dwell inside the home, however, multi family properties are a possibility.

Hello, everyone! My name is Derick Strickland. I'm a 23 year old State Farm agent from Houston, Texas. I've been watching the bigger pockets podcasts and videos and reading books regarding real estate for about a year now and I want to start investing.
