I use RentRedi, it's $90 per year but you can list at no cost(beyond the annual fee) and can screen tenants super easy and accept online payments.

I've looked in the Hot Springs, AR area but it looks like they are now limiting the number of STRs in the city and this is too risky a move.  What are some other cities/areas good for STRs.  I'm in Texas.
