Hi @Andre Lewis,  I am looking for SFH here as well.  Sounds like we are on similar paths.  @Jean Bolger,  when you say walking distance of the light rail you mean the ones they are building in Aurora? Would that be the best return on investment?  In your opinion, what are good spots around Denver currently (be it for rent or appreciation)?

My name is Derek Diamond, I have been reading BP for about a month now and figured I should get more involved by introducing myself.  I currently live in Denver, Co and have my first rental property in Aurora, Co.  It is currently not doing well and I intent to change that.  I am currently putting my business plan together.  If anyone has any suggestions for an accountant and a lawyer that would be very helpful.  I need my lease to be looked over and I need to do some evictions.  This is the first time I have had to do this so any suggestions would be helpful.

I also want to join some local real estate clubs, if anyone knows of some good ones.
