@Dan H. Thank you, this is very helpful! I'm aware of the risks associated with these condos but it's quite enticing given the high occupancy rates YoY in the area. Would you have recommended a property closer to the bay side or further inland (such as Foley or Elberta)?

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I'm looking to purchase a condo in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, AL and am curious if anyone has any experience in the ST vacation rental market in that area? It seems like the ideal spot for high cash flow and occupancy.
