@paul MacInnis yes lucky we got our rents bored before the lock went into place. 

we have shifted focus on purchases now to foreclosure and vacant. At least that way we can establish rent at market value 

Brand new here and from Nova Scotia. There are still some really solid pockets of under priced property here. Was fortunate to land a 5 unit building last year for 130k and it needed very little work done and cashflows out nicely.
