For someone who is trying to start out Wholesaling real estate, as far as marketing goes should you use your actual phone number in your marketing? Or would you reccommend using something such as google voice instead? Thanks!

Thank you so much Laura for your timely response! I have been studying Wholesaling and various real estate for a month or two now which doesn't seem long but I get the idea of it pretty well. I guess the only thing kind of hindering me at the moment is there are so many contracts out there to use and I want to find the best one to use in order to protect myself legally speaking. Any ideas or info regarding that?? Thank you!
