@Nic Williams I'm a real estate broker in Sacramento. I would be inclined to partner with you on a referral bases for those owners looking to sale their properties for top dollar. We can work out the referral fee per listing as well. I think you are on track with the criteria for your marketing campaign I would suggest moving that date closer to 2003 like other members have stated.
