Hi Rachel,

Thanks for the feedback.  This is newly remodeled by the current owner, so they don't have a lot of the P&L info so I am guessing.  You gave me some good insight to budget for.

I bought a list from ListSource, but it was difficult to identify the criteria for Commercial Multi-Family.  I did my best with the list and sent out a mailer, I am now getting responses back for Commercial non-Residential - Warehouses, businesses, etc.

How to I filter for Multi-Family?
