@Account Closed

Hey Kyle how’s it going. Welcome to BP and congrats on getting started.
to get going I suggest getting involved.
Do you have any experience in construction or in real estate in general?

You don’t need capital to start in RE. There’s a bunch of things you can start doing today that can help you in the future. As @Peter Vander Valk mentioned, we host a monthly meet up and would love to have a new comer join us. It’s a fun time and there’s no pitches. We just talk RE and discuss deals. Also we have a free hour of open bar!

Have you ever done any kind of driving for dollars or anything of that sort. If your interested and eager I have some tasks I can use some help with.

@Peter Morgan

Is the fan running 24/7 or is the condenser running 24/7. If it’s the fan inside the house it’s no big deal. They can run for a lifetime constantly on. The start and stop actually makes it worse.

If the condenser outside is on 24/7 then there is an issue.

Instead of stressing over what they are doing, just buy a new unit. You know it’s old. Just bite the bullet and get one ordered.

Not for nothing, but doesn’t this go against everything BP was created for?

Hey BP,

What is the best CRM you have used and why.

I’m looking for a good one that will auto log my calls as I get them, and also alert me via text.

I'm also looking for one that I can utilize a VA to work with me and help capture and record leads and then push to a follow up campaign.

What’s everyone using?

Many music and performance venues in the city now require all guests who wish to attend performances to provide a valid, complete Covid-19 vaccination card OR proof of a negative Covid-19 test (performed within the previous 72 hours) prior to entry into the venue, until further notice. Guests are required to provide proof of documentation along with a matching/valid ID for verification. Such documentation needs to be directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination or the negative Covid-19 test within the previous 72-hours. Such proof may be displayed on a smartphone or presented as a physical copy. Masking of all attendees will also be required.

Unfortunately, New Orleans and Louisiana is once again a hot spot for covid. See here for more info:

Louisiana COVID numbers: Hospitalizations continue to soar

Louisiana hospitals see hundreds more COVID patients over the weekend as delta surges continues

 It’s gotta be tough down there. I truly hope everyone does what they need to do to stay healthy.
We planned on going for jazz fest and they added bpcon so I extended my trip. We’ll see what happens now though. I’d still like to attend though since I’m fully vaccinated and don’t mind being tested as much as needed.

Was looking forward to buying a STR while down there too

@Alexandra Hughes Pailet

What’s the current status of BPCON. I know as of now JAZZ fest the following weekend has been canceled. I hope that you guys cancel as well.

Or make it for vaccinated only maybe? I don’t mind that either.

@Justin Fraser

I’m in for this! Keep me posted.

There’s a bunch of great places. I’m curious to see what’s going to happen though. Jazz fest has been canceled so I think most indoor places will have restrictions.
