I don’t think that’s accessible to you or me. You can have your insurance broker check claims against a property, I believe.

Oh that’s terrible news! Do some checking on state laws as you may have to keep apt untouched/preserved for the estate. Then make a claim against Estate for rent due. I’m new so take this with grain of salt.

Welcome! I am under contract for a 6-unit property in York right now. Will probably look for other opportunities in that area in the future. There is a very active meetup group in York that meets monthly, if you didn’t know.

I could have arranged viewings for the properties I was looking at but didn't want to delay things. I have gone under contract sight-unseen on all three of my properties so far - 6-unit, 4-unit & 2-unit BRRR.

@Gilbert Lugo I’ve used metallic epoxy in the basement of my personal residence. If you had slab on grade, which Florida has a ton, I think it would be a great choice. The floor is indestructible to all sorts of wear & tear.
