I started at 46 and have built up enough that I dont have to go to work anymore. If you stay disciplined and focused anything is possible. I started with 401k loans and a heloc.

@Kris H. I was a firebird guy back in the day. But only gen 1 and 2 67-81. Had a 67 GTO too. Over the years I've switched over to motorcycles. Antique British stuff.

@Daniel Kucner I've only took 2 tenants that had recent bankruptcies . These were already discharged. Both were actually great tenants. I still have one of them. I believe they both learned a great lesson.
