Thanks for the information. A lot of individuals are looking for another payday and that is not what blogging is really about. Blogging is about sharing your ideas, valuable information and resources with others who are interested in whatever it is you have an expertise in so they can learn. I write because it is a passion of mine and I like to share my knowledge. That should be the main focus for any creative writer. Anything else that comes along with writing is a bonus.

How are those properties working out for you in Cleveland and Concord, California? I just so happen to have a rental in Oakland as well that is generating nice rental income. 

I will get preapproved, but I also have a HELOC where I can purchase with cash.

Thanks for the information. The house is located on Coath Street. I’ve had the seller send me a neighborhood report. Overall the neighborhood is rated a C- and the school district is a D+ so I’m gonna pass on this particular unit. The last thing I need is a problem property with a high turnover ratio or is hard to rent period.

However I am an out of state investor and have not seen the area yet. Can someone give some insight to as if this is part of town is a war zone? I see that the area is rated C- overall.

I'm looking for off-market real estate in the Cleveland, Ohio area to purchase for cashflow. I prefer to buy below market so I've made money going in the deal. The ideal situation I seek would be a business partner who can be my eyes in the are as I am located in California. The properties can require some TLC.
