Thank you will do, I feel like I’m so close to my first deal. I just don’t want to fumble over something silly and lose the whole deal.

I’m getting everything in order to start my wholesale real estate investing journey.

Just want to know if I’m missing anything, I don’t want to go on my first deal and fall flat then never try again.

I found a few “for sale by owner” properties. Im then going to cold call and approach the owners. Things go well they accept the offer. Now how do I get a contract drawn up in Oklahoma. I’m doing this with no outside funding. So I really do not want to incur any legal trouble because of my own negligence.
