I’m a pretty new real estate agent. I love helping buyers and sellers, and a huge long-term goal for me is to become an expert at investing as well. I just want to hear some success stories of real estate agents turned investors or even just agents who profit off of investing! I definitely will take any advice or tips on dabbing in investing while being a realtor. Drop some motivation for me!!

Saw a nice condo I think would make a great first rental property..... can anyone here tell me what I would be responsible for as a landlord? Just repairs? Also, the condo is in a HOA.

Currently reading “The Book on Rental Property Investing” by Brandon Turner..... very motivating to see other beginners making moves. Hopefully my first property will be successful also. Keep doing what you”re doing.

As an up-and-coming investor who has no properties, would it be smart to have a CPA or bookkeeper already or should I wait until that problem comes up?

I imagine my first property as something simple, so I feel that I can do those bookkeeping things myself.
