78244 is NE San Antonio and contains the neighborhoods: fairways of Woodlake, Mission Hills, Woodlake Park, Woodlake, Sunrise, Candlewood Park and other neighborhoods. So it really depends what neighborhood it's in. Some areas are legit ghetto others are nice. Your typical inner city mix. All that being said my brokerage sold several in that zip code just this month so it is a potentially profitable area. I'm a realtor that specializes in Residential investment properties in San Antonio. Let's connect
