In this class you will learn to dominate the banks, own multiple properties, eliminate your mortgages in ten years and start with very little cash flow.

VIP Financial Education classes teach real estate investors how to accomplish the following:

  • Maximize monthly cash flow and increase access to capital
  • Accelerate the acquisition of assets, including investment real estate
  • Accelerate the elimination of liabilities
  • Increase credit scores organically
  • Build emergency reserves

Our Expert Speaker:

Over the past fifteen years, national consultant, speaker and educator, Mr. Matthew Pillmore has presented financial education nationally for and in front of countless real estate organizations. He speaks nationally on the topics of credit scoring, debt elimination, fiscal responsibility and strategic cash flow maximization. Mr. Pillmore has studied under the founders of the FICO credit scoring system. We have countless testimonials and references from previous REIA owners, managers and attendees that can attest to the value of the education provided by VIP Financial Education.

All educational content is provided free of charge. There is no “selling from the stage” or solicitation by the speaker. The class will last approximately 50 minutes plus time for questions. VIP is not a financial advisor, nor do they sell any financial products. VIP has been providing free financial education for over 15 years and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

“If you’re serious about your business this is a must see class!”

(There will be pitching of David's book at this event.)

Calling All REI Nerds!

Are you a deal nerd? Do you love learning about different investing strategies and how they work? If so, you are going to LOVE what we have for you in April!

Before I give you the details, I want to give you a little background. I met a guy who owns a sizable amount of real estate and has made millions so far. This guy is the quintessential deal nerd, and a master of strategies! He told me he published a book about the deals he has done; so, I read it. If you like understanding the mechanics of how different deals work, this book may cause problems for you… because it is addictive! The book lays out 240 deal-by-deal case studies that give you the story behind the deal, the details, lessons learned, and a summary for each one. He even includes his bad deals, which I really appreciated. For the deal nerd in you, there are over 20 major strategies to learn from this book! The book is titled How I Started with Nothing and Made $12 Million in Real Estate Part-Time, and the Real Estate Lessons I Learned and the author, (the guy I met), is David Krulac. You can get it on Amazon for $55 plus shipping. BUT DON’T BUY IT!

Author, and deal nerd, David Krulac will be speaking for us at our Newark meeting on April 5th, and also for a workshop on Saturday, April 16th.

The Book: David will be selling his book, How I Started with Nothing and Made $12 Million in Real Estate Part-Time, and the Real Estate Lessons I Learned, at a cut price of $40 while he is with us. In this book there are 240+ case studies, 473 “Lessons Learned”, and over 20 major acquisition methods detailed.

This meeting is FREE for DelREIA members and FREE for first time attendees. All others pay $15.00.

Topic: Debt Collection with Tenants and Business Relationships

with The Law Offices of Patrick Scanlon, P.A. (bio)

Have you ever been burnt, screwed, beat, stiffed, or ripped off? You know…has anyone ever owed you money and didn’t pay? Unfortunately, a lot of us are used to it. Especially if you own rental property. No matter how many times it happens, it is always a horrible feeling.

I want you to be smart in your approach to landlord-tenant relationships, as well as any business or contractor relationships you enter into.

Here is what you will learn during our March Monthly Meetings:

  • What you should be aware of when entering into a tenant, business, or contractor relationship as it relates to the potential of the other party owing you money that you need to collect.
  • What you should do when entering into the relationship. What agreements should you have, what information should you gather, what things should be in place, etc., so that you are best prepared to get a judgement and collect on a debt if there ever is one.
  • How you can get a judgement.
  • What you can do to collect a debt.

Jeffrey,

Our Newark monthly meetings are always the 1st Tuesday of the month at the Christiana Hilton.  Occasionally we have workshops on Saturdays, and we also have open web conferences during lunchtime at least once per month.  Our calendar has all the info.  Let me know how I can help.

Mike
