I want to start renting out rooms in one oh my homes. What is the best site to list the rooms? Zillow/Trulia does not allow you to post these type of rentals.

Table investments still exist. Every Wednesday they normally come out with new properties. Nationwide inventory is low. Overall my experience with the sales team was excellent. The PM didn’t work out so well with me. Two thumbs up for table investments. I will be purchasing with them again this year.

How about if I have 10 properties paid off is that a better approach to reaching 10k a month over Multiple units to reach to 10k a month?
