Table investments still exist. Every Wednesday they normally come out with new properties. Nationwide inventory is low. Overall my experience with the sales team was excellent. The PM didn’t work out so well with me. Two thumbs up for table investments. I will be purchasing with them again this year.

How about if I have 10 properties paid off is that a better approach to reaching 10k a month over Multiple units to reach to 10k a month?

I think you will be ok as in regards to a tenant base.

@Michael Hyun I've been going through the same thing of trying to find financing for an ADU. The prices are going up rapidly.
