So my commercial banker wanted to see my tax return before lending me anymore money. So were going to show around a 100K loss with all the renovations and everything with are business which we sink everything right back into. But we have 4 properties we have not leveraged yet. The 4 are worth around $655,000 all together.  So we usually get 85% of appraisal values. Whats the best route to keep my business buying and renovating and renting properties?

@Matt P. Yes he thought would help me giving me the extra income which would have been around $1,200 a month. Plus when i move a new tenant in place. 10% of rents and first months rent when moving someone in.  I feel bad about it all he found out through family i was stressing over it and really didnt wanna do it and he called and said not to worry about it and no big deal.

@Frank Chin Im in a tough spot, i really dont know what to do i mean he said im out and dont worry about it. No reason to stress over it and hes been doing it with his secretary for how long and he wont ever stress about his businesses. I stress alot wondering how im holding this together and if im able to scale and keep moving forward with my anxiety.

@Erez Toker He is a great guy and i know hes looking at it like who would take them over one day. But at the same time. To be completely honest the money is not there compared to what we are currently doing with buying discounted properties and renting them. Like a time drain for the little money back in the day i would have been jumping in excitement to make any extra income but are rentals and business really keep us busy and want to concentrate on building and managing are places. Its a tough spot, im thinking one day we will definetly manage them. But idk about right now he called me last night and said dont worry about it not a big deal. I really appreciate every ones input and help been a tough one being i say me and my father in law are somewhat close.
