What do you think about Bativia, Geneva, St charles along or close to Fox River for renting?

The Aurora area seems like a good place to find a rental property, if that is what you are seeking.  The properties are somewhat affordable and the rental demand seems to be solid there.

Originally posted by @Jonathan Klemm: Thank you for your response. I want all expenses to be covered by renter and have some profit (yes to cashflow) but also in area where the property appreciates over time. Price point $250K-$275K, 20% downI would like to have ROI- 6%+

@Deepa Sethi - Happy to help but I feel like we need some more information.

What's your primary goal for your investment properties?  Cash flow or appreciation?  And what's your price range?

Originally posted by @Brian Ploszay:Yes, a house that i live in Aurora.
Originally posted by @Sarita Scherpereel: thanks! I am flexible about the area, looking for $250k price range, 6% Roi, professional tenant. What do you think about Naperville, Aurora?

@Deepa Sethi which suburb areas are you focusing on? north, NW, SW, south, etc?

Yes, a house that i live in Aurora.

Hello, I am looking for a condo, townhouses for rentals in the suburbs of Chicago. New to the area, any recommendations or name of a good realtor would be appreciated.

I am a new investor, I have looking to buy my 3rd property as a rental(move-in reddish) in Chicago or the suburbs. Looking to build my network and learn what areas have opportunities?

Thank you Ben for your reply and recommendations. Would a condo or town house with 2 bedrooms easy to rent in these areas? I found El Dorado and Folsom to be residential areas?

Hello all,

I am new to bigger pockets and found the website through Wes’s post. I am new at investing and will be new to Sacramento area. I am taking up a job where I would be working from home and air traveling. I am single 36year old professional women who enjoys walking, local restaurants, bars and living in diverse neighborhoods. Safety is number one and a location where I can easily rent it after several years. I usually like updated kitchen with open floor plan style which has lots of light coming into my home. I prefer condo but can be open to townhouse.  I am not great at handy work but a unit with some old character will be good detail. I have researched areas like east Sacramento, midtown, Davis, Roseville, lands park and West Sacramento. I would be looking to purchase this year. I would appreciate if you could suggest areas or rank above areas and provide any guidelines as this is my first time. I appreciate all the advice. Thank you!
