Unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations for anyone that specific zip code - local real estate meetups are a great way to network and find referrals for local professionals. what do you know about the mello - roos (california) and is this tax deductible?  also, can you recommend a CPA in 95688.  thanks~!

i purchased a new build... just wondering if anybody here has any creative ideas on how to document this on my tax refund/return, write it off, deduct it, etc... thanks in advance.
