Ya so online presence is more of an advanced thing; that’s cool. I do know my stuff and the basics. I just was wondering too if anything changed since I first started as I posed the question when I first started. Thanks all :)

Im doing real estate investing. I don’t have a plan for an online presence. I’m not good at sales and so a marketing plan would be tough. Was just sort of wondering if there’s any innovative ideas out there for getting properties online because of a good online presence?

How can my online presence help me to grow my real estate portfolio? I’m trying to run a business. Do I need advertising? Twitter? Facebook? I don’t have any of those.

A U.S presence sounds advanced!

I'm just trying to K.I.S.S

I might go in to a lender and ask.

@Zorya Belanger whichever is easiest (lol) I just want to get to the point where I’m signing on the bottom line for a good deal. It’s hard to get to that level, though.

Thanks for the replies, guys. As an FYI I am Employed, but not making enough money to qualify.

I’m going to check out some of those institutions online; see if I can’t get a contact email address. I know google sucks.

Hi all

My main question is how can i refinance? My current vocation won't allow me to qualify for a mortgage. I'm all ears. I've already got 2 houses...

Thanks
Declan

Hey Nathan!

I have ~$400,000 equity in one. I paid ~$114,000 for it in 2016 and its appreciated in value. The other is my primary residence which i paid ~$469,000. Its appreciated in value as well; so maybe $200,000 in equity. (Note; those numbers are very approximate as I take the set it and forget it approach with investing). With mortgage pay down and improvements to both. My main concern is that I can't qualify for a mortgage as my parents cosigned for both properties because my job doesn't allow me to qualify. My Dad doesn't agree with refinancing and thinks to pay for properties with hard money is the best way.

Let me know what you think; I'm kind of a homebody and it took me awhile to get launched (lol).

Best

Declan
