Just make sure you do your homework before you do anything, Phoenix is a tricky market now with all the foreclosures.

I think we will see a new wave of foreclosures due to a rise in the cost of living. People who were living on the edge will go over. Gas and food are costing a lot more now. I'm seeing that people can't keep up.

I've been getting that as well too. The industry aint what it used to be.

Just call a title company. They can get it for you.

I have a scenario with an investor who has 17 mortgaged properties. He needs to refi and no conventional lender will allow for this. Does anyone know any private equity lenders that might look at this. The total ltv is around 55%, he has good credit. Let me know if you know of anyone. Thanks for your help.
