Hi Clarke Monroe My name is Deb and I live just south of Buffalo NY. I know all about the commuting in Atlanta, our oldest daughter is in Woodstock and we live it there but hate the traffic. Welcome to BP and good luck. I wish I had pursued real estate earlier but I believe it's never too late. If you have time join a REIA group in your area. Most are free and you'll meet real estate agents and investors that are in your area that are more than willing to help. I joined 2 months ago and met an agent that helped me get my first house under contract to flip and I should be closing in 3 weeks. Also if you have some time read the E myth it's great and an easy read. Deb

Hello RK I'm an new investor here in Buffalo NY. I joined a REIA group in buffalo and it brings together agents and investors for monthly networking. Just google REIA in your city. The one I attend is free and I've met so many wonderful people that are willing to share and help any way they can. There are some groups that charge a membership fee and eventually I'll probably do that too because it's on the other side of town. I just read the E myth and it's great. It's an easy read and has lots of advice on how to go forward in RE and make money. Deb

My name is Deb Paternostro and I have my first property under contract and expect to close in 3 weeks.we'll start construction right away but expect this to be a 4-6 month flip. As you all know the winter weather in Buffalo is tuff ☃️

My husband Lou is retiring in 3 weeks and we'll be working together and expect to do 4-6 flips in 2017. We are both members of the Mastery program with Fortune Builders. Wish us luck!!
