Hi Heather!

Welcome!  I am an investor & RE agent.  I am not familiar with Western MA, but know Central Ma very well.  It sounds like the same as in your area.  Most of the 2-4 families are about the same age and the prices have skyrocketed in the past year.  Most properties seem to be going way over asking.

I just had a client bid on a 3 family in Clinton and there was 26 offers!  He made a real high offer over asking and was 2nd!!  I believe what is key is to have an agent who knows RE investing.  We became agents because we could not find an agent that understood that you need to work quickly.  It was a game changer for us!

My husband and I are here to help new investors in their pursuit!!  We have tons of experience in all forms of RE investing.  We have recently helped a few clients buy their first properties which has been real rewarding to us. They continue using us as a resource and we are looking forward to working with them finding their next one!!

Let us know if there is anything we can do to help!!

Good Luck!!

You will never regret moving towards this goal!!

Hi Harry!

Welcome!!

My husband and I are both RE investors & agents in Fitchburg area with over 26 units.  We were just able to leave our W2 jobs to become full time investors.  With our free time we have been able to mentor new investors in the Central MA area in reaching their goals.  We have over 20 years of experience and enjoy meeting new people whom have the same mindset and goals!!

We would be happy to help you with any questions in buying or learning about investing!!

Reach out anytime!!

Deb

Hi Jason!

Welcome!  My husband and I are agents and investors and thought the same thing!  I actually had put out a post about starting a meet up group here in Leominster and had many people reach out whom were interested.  I had a date and everything set to meet and then Covid hit.  Everything has been put on hold, but we have been meeting up with individuals in the area whom still wanted to meet up.

I am hoping once things get better to move forward with what I had started.  If you want to message me your information I can keep you posted.

Hi David!

Most of our properties that we own are in Fitchburg.  We have found some great cash flowing properties and still see some on occasion.  The market has certainly changed this past few years.  It looks like more investors are coming this way which has driven the prices up.

Are you currently looking to buy your first one?  My husband and I enjoy helping if you have any questions or if you are looking for an RE agent.  We know the market and what you can currently get for rents.

PM me with any questions!

Welcome aboard and happy searching!

Deb

Hi Cody!

We have properties in the Fitchburg & Leominster area and have had great luck with Hotpads.  They will post out to all the other listing sites for you.  We have tried Facebook also, but what happens is that we end up having people who we know who knows someone and it puts you in a tough spot sometimes.. We don't rent to family..

My husband and I have been investors for over 25 years and want to meet other like minded people and help them in reaching their goals.  I am going to be starting a local investors group soon and didn't know if you would be interested?

Wow!  Thanks for all of that info!

I enjoy organizing groups and meeting new people too!  I just want to make sure I can keep everyone interested and know what I am doing.  My husband and I have been looking to start something like this for quite awhile.  We both enjoy helping people and are looking forward to meeting new like minded people like you mentioned.  I all ready have a handful of people that are interested in attending once I can get things figured out.  I am hoping to start small 10-15 people and take it from there!!

Thank you again for your help!

Once I do set this up and have it going I will certainly be posting it on BP!

I wanted to start a local RE investors meet up group in my area and wanted to see if anyone knows of any books or sites that I can do some research on how I would get one started?

Any advice or help would be appreciated!

We have done it with the permission of the seller.  It is nice to have someone ready to move right in.
