Hello peeps, kinda confused. I got a counter offer and it says buyer to accept condo "as-is" with no seller repairs. Does that mean if i sign this contract and the house falls apart tomorrow i would have to still purchase?
Karen Moysi you shoukd move. You shoukdnt omput your opinion where its not asked. That could start a BIG problem physically for you. If you dont like where you live move

Hello all, im yet to find a good deal in my area. Its okay i understand its going to take time. I found a great deal and the day i put my offer in it went under contract that morning. I have a quick question for anyone who invest or starting to invest. Im trying to figure out how much i should charge for rent in the area the home is in to see if the deal is good enough for me

Joe Villeneuve i love this site i promise i do but i hate when you guys give answers that dont make sence. If i didnt understand it the first time why would i re-read it to get the same outcome? My question is 300/month profit good, and or nice outcome for a condo in a market like nashville? Its simple. To me its great yes, but you guys are real investers so im basically asking if you woukd take a deal like this? I want to know your opinion, and your thoughts.
