I have been on the fence for a year about making a move for investment property #2, but I am moving forward with it. I currently have a VA loan but I have 150k left on my entitlement which is option #1, I am considering a HELOC, using the current sales of homes in my area being at least 100k more than what I purchase the home for #2, or refi out of the VA to use again. I am looking for suggestions. Thank you.

I am considering buying a home from a tax auction, however I need an ideas to finance it, (just used va loan last month to close), and what things do I need to know purchasing homes like this?

@Tim Spollen as particular reason you looking mostly in ocean view? I’m about to start looking for a second property in the area and might be in need of assistance.

I am in the Virginia Beach area, I agree that  most things here cash flow. I just got a deal in Norfolk off market but close to the base and downtown that will cash and got it under the market price. I will be looking for some deals later this year. To purchase a second property. Mind if I reach out to connect with you? 

@Cordtz Tuatoo you can use it more than once as long as your DTI can handle it or you are renting out the property you are moving from. You also can say that you are upgrading from and use it again. But you have to have a good reason to qualify as upgrading.

Will this event be recorded, I would like to attend but, unfortunately I am out of the country.
