Have you thought about investing in the Minocqua/Woodruff area up north? We have several units and continue to look for places to buy and hold. We do have one SFH that we are in the process of flipping and would consider selling it before it is done (don't have enough time for all the projects we have going), it is basically gutted and ready to be put back together. If your interested pm me and we can talk.
