@Nick Rutkowski Good advice Nick. I actually live close to the property but the owners are a few hours away. From the outside it looks okay but the interior as described by the owner is a lot of work. I plan to put an option period in if it moves from offer to acceptance.

Hi All!

I received a response from a cold call yesterday and the seller said she’d be interested in selling but doesn’t make it to the area very often. She said she’d let me know when she’s coming down to show it. What should I respond with?

My thoughts:

Tell her I can make an offer sight unseen with some info on the property

or

Give her time to come down and show it

My inclination is the former - I’d hate to give someone else the opportunity to make an offer before me.

It's great to see all the interest in a Corpus Christi BP meet up! I'll call the brewery again today and confirm the room is still not reserved (didn't want to add a fee to this meet up). Worst case, we'll sit in the general area and get to know each other.
