@Matthew SwisshelmGood ideas.  I did tell them about BP.  One has a wife and the other a girlfriend, that might put too much strain on both groups.

Brian,

Just had a son move to Omaha.  I was looking for a house to purchase for him an fix up.  We have already found it, but you never know for the future.

I will also have another son that will be moving to Gretna.

Hi everyone,

I stumbled across Bigger pockets on youtube.  Very impress with the amount of information in their podcasts.  I am here to discuss and learn more.

A little bit of my background.  I have 6 single family rentals, 1 duplex and have flipped 3 houses.  I am a full time math teacher, own my own lawncare business that I spray about 500 customers lawns.  I really didn't know too much, but I really mill over the numbers before each purchase and things are going great.  The few days that I have followed Bigger Pockets, I have found several ideas that could have made my life easier. I did not know about 65% rule and many other ideas that I have picked up.  I simply work numbers over and over to make sure things were probably going to work.  Can you say that I have been lucky?

I live in Nebraska and am interested in getting some more multi-family units.

Thanks,

Dean
