 I think, If I go ahead and dispute through credit report company I have a lot of uncertainty down the track.

#1. Like what Wayne Brooks said above, I might still ending up to pay my CC company.

#2. To call any of the credit beau company its like calling the hell, I did not have any luck in the past. Even if I got through they tend to ask you to call around UNTIL YOU ARE TOTALLY LOST AND NO ONE CAN HELP YOU !! So if I initiate a dispute through them, I just can see A BIG MESS I have done to myself, as I do not have a clear understanding how everything worked and linked to each other, if I have a lawyer or someone holding my hand, then is a different story.

#3. What happen to my credit score afterwards? there are just so much unknown. If there is some information marked on my report and no one knows how to remove or edit, it will effect so many ways in my report. A clearly example of what happen to us in the last 2 years, as I have just my green card approved, so I have a SSN. I have been trying just to UPDATE my SSN to Experian so we can refinance our mortgage, it end up was an impossible mission ! Many times I got through to Experian, but they want me to call my bank, bank say call them.... what the hell !! I was lost and we are now still paying 6.5% on our home mortgage.

Going dispute by a Pro bono will be my next step.

I think I need to get better prepared if all complaints failed. 

Does anyone know how to find a trustworthy pro bono work? I think when most of the results back from complaints I will know to go ahead with a lawyer or not ...( I don't keep a high hope here on getting money back as a online attorney who answered their company deal with cases like this and chances are slim and a lot of money involved too ) 

A Lady went to the same journey with me paid $30 got her $23k back based on her health reason , she did all the negotiation direct with the company and the sickness reason from start that did not take long for her to get her money back.

To be honest, I am so overwhelming ( head spinning) for many days with many suggestions and so many of them  I am just lost!  @Account Closed I appreciate all your suggestion , It all sounds very good. but if suggestion does not click with me I just can't implement on that , hope you understand .

As far as my health goes, it does affect me hugely on so many ways, it started when I was dumped from the moment that I did not get any help. I did mention to the big shark when he called to intimidate ,now I think back I am so dumb not to include my doctor's paper to all my complaints.

Maybe is not too late! Tomorrow I am flying to my Doctor for the paper and fax to everyone ! 

For sure if I am going ahead with the lawyer the doctor paper will certainly attach to it!

@Lew Payne Given that CC company still have not sent out the letter to the merchant, once the letter received by merchant, they have 45-60 days to resolve.

I am searching for a lawyer now, but not sure what  should I do now? wait for the result from the CC or go ahead and use a lawyer?

Appreciate your kindness to refer me your lawyer, but I don't think i have more money to burn unless they willing to do a pro bono work?

I have already asked my CC company for dispute. Consumers Credit Protection Act gives us up to 6 months to dispute a charge after payment made.

@Jay Hinrichs The only one word to describe the whole story " SCAM".

How many times we return or complaint a purchased product or service based on a buyer remorse? Reason for merchant's over promise, fail to provide service or false advertising? this lists goes on and on.... So are we all sitting at home and kick ourselves for being too greedy ? 

By all means, I am not here to "have" everyone to agree with me, I am far too exhausted fro that, my only purpose is " how to get my money back " period !! 

Sure, Have I learnt my lesson  failed to do my due diligent before signing away my money YES!!!

Sure, If we "victims" are to be blamed for "greedy ", I think I have something to say...

I seriously don't think I could possibly afford the education of 40K( I am not that greedy to want something I can not afford ), its those GURU'S " magic show" that really "hypnotized " and "brainwashed" those dream chasers with the believe ---yes ! just pay us $ 40K we will hold your hand and find you $40k back.

After 1st day's brainwashed, I was really going to walk away with a remorse, as in the 1st day they started to talk about the education fee cost around $20K- $40 K, and I thought I will never have the money to pay, but soon enough at 2nd day, THEY TAUGHT US HOW TO BE REALLY EVIL TO MAX OUT OUR CARDS, AND KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET YOUR CARDS FOR $40k !!!

I 100% believe majority of people are not so "dareing " at heart, but, because GURU opening teach and encourage publicly in class, even call those "successful" people to stand up and appraise them with the amount of money they raised, so the rest can follow suit, they are turning the evil thing to be a "marvelous" act, surely not 100% people believed, but a good bunch of people were really brainwashed and mis-guided !!! And this is exactly like what Barbara G. said "these GURU companies are the greedy ones and they are the vultures."
