@David Terbeek  Thanks. I have googled this but there are not a lot of reviews for each property manager. I am looking for someone who has actually used a property manager and has had success.

I own rental property in Cleveland but do not live in Cleveland. I am looking for any referrals of a good property management company for 1-4 unit properties. Has anyone had good success with any property managers in terms of getting tenants, maintaining property, etc?
