@Asa Ifill Ok that sounds good. The Core Four is the team you should build if you want a good system when investing in an area. The book goes into a lot of detail but it’s a deal finder (usually real estate agent), property manager, contractor, and lender.

@Asa Ifill I'm glad you like it. I'm currently working to my first deal but I plan to do BRRRR. I've dedicated the next 6 months to learning everything I can and connecting with the right people. I'm listening to podcasts, reading through some books, trying to get active on the forums, practicing analyzing deals and working on building my core 4. I see you're in Huntsville. I'm in Atlanta but Huntsville is one of the places I'm watching right now. The plan is at the start of the new year to get my first property.

@Asa Ifill I'd suggest you read David Greene's BRRRR book if you plan to go that route. It's extremely thorough and lays out how to approach it correctly. I'm just about to finish it and highly recommend it.
