not saying theres no deals here, becuz i know theres deals everywhere out ther as long as u put the work in and research. Just looking for better markets with better income levels, im in western mass not eastern mass, where boston is.. Western mass is not a metropolitan area.the biggest cities r Spfld and Worcester nothing compared to boston areas. But thats no excuse a deal is a deal. My thing is y is kansas city , detroit ect.. hot markets is my question @Jeremy

hi everyone im a newbie wholesaler i had a question for anyone to anwser. Im looking to virtual wholsale but i cant seem to figure which market i should go attack with my marketing campaign, im in western ma and the market out here is pretty dry ( yes i know im a newbie but ther isn't alot of development goin on out here, And its always been a quite market). I was thinkig down south or midwest but not sure what would be the best, how do you even determine when a market is good for wholesaling if that even makes sense?

I know its all a numbers game and. The more you put out the better response u will receive but with a newbie like me wheres the best place i can start with a healthy market ?

Thanx in advance
