You can't start any younger! I wouldn't worry about your age. I started at 36 and love the business. Just dive right in and see if REI is right for your personality. Good luck on your journey!

Does anyone have a great purchase agreement that you have used multiple times and are happy with?  I'm making an offer on a house on Friday and need to cobble together a contract.  I will be flipping this house, so will take it to close, but would like an agreement that I could use to wholesale deals to other investors as well down the road.  I have checked out the File section of BP, but wanted to reach out to the community for discussion.
