Greetings fellow Real Estate Investors and all interested in the industry!
My name is John Murphy and I am the Founder and President of Black Diamond Group. I will be hosting these meetups and plan to have them on a monthly basis on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
We are fortunate to have a fantastic market right in our backyard and my goal for this forum is to connect, educate, encourage, and have a great time all while discussing the exciting business of Real Estate Investing!
I will be kicking things off for this session and discussing some basics about Real Estate Investing and how to create long term wealth leveraging multi family (and single family) properties. In the future we will be hosting guest speakers that are doing big things in the industry.
