I'm not sure about Virginia, but Kentucky regs require contractors to notify the division for air quality when they remove and dispose of asbestos.

Jerry, Lead in the paint or anywhere else in the house would not cause the acute symptoms you described. How confidant are you in the IAQ survey work?

Thanks for the reply everyone. The podcasts were recommended to me by a friend a few months ago. I got hooked on them and finally decided to create a profile on here. Jim Wilcox shoot me a message if you might know someone interested in a small place on Lake Herrington. I have a family member getting ready to put a small place up for sale.

@Thomas Morris

 @Wes Farmer

If the interest is still there I would be open to joining/trying to get a group of people together in the Bowling Green area. I have another friend in Ownesboro who would be interested as well.

Good Morning BP!

I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I recently bought my first house, but want to begin looking for additional units as a way to supplement my income. Right now I am in a position where I do not have a large amount of money for a down payment, so might be interested in hard money lenders in my area. I'm interested in learning more about starting off (in a small way) with multifamily units and also have an interest in learning more about the wholesale practice. If there is anyone in the Bowling Green or Owensboro  Kentucky areas that would be interested in sharing information or setting up group meetings for investors please feel free to reach out to me.

Thanks!

Dan
