So im saving up to buy a small mobile home that needs fixing, im purchasing this because in my area alot of people like to rent these homes all the time because of the cheap price and the economy at this time. Is this a smart choice? Its my first time thinking of such and im very interested. I plan to just simply save up, and simply buy, and simply rent out. but my question is,...is it really that simple?

good question id like to know the same.
