Hi @Daniel Linn. I have used @Tyrell Anderson for my last two purchases. He has been great in offering a "full service" experience which included finding, brokering, and leasing the property. I cashflow on every property with the lowest monthly cashflow being $290 a month because of the HOA . I highly recommend him and he can help you in just about every area of investment and is a licensed Realtor.

Hi @Kelly Smith,

Being the owner of two homes bought with an FHA loan conditional on owner occupancy (one of which is currently rented out) I can tell you from experience that you are in the right. Just like you I moved because of a marriage. I am not in the military and I did not have orders from the government to relocate me. I did have a fiancé that did not want to live in the house I currently owned though. I moved into my first home with the intention to not leaving it for several years and was out in 10 months with the lenders blessing. I use @Tyrell Anderson to manage my other property which is cash flowing me $415 a month with little to no oversight and he guarantees I will never pay for vacancy. I even have a tenant  that has improved my property! I hope this has put your mind at ease and you can move on with your biggest decision; who your going to spend the rest of your life with! Thank you for yours and your fiancé service!

You should talk to @Tyrell Anderson he has researched the best attorneys in the front range for our own company and has a past in property management; both single family and apartment complex's. He could answer your questions or point you in the right direction.
