Hello,

I work with foreclosures and wanted to see if anyone has been able to buy the note on a pre foreclosure instead of doing a loan mod or short sale ?

Thanks,

Hello Maryann,

From what I hear when you submit a short sale to lender you do not put your processing fee on the HUD, you get paid from the bank after the short sale is complete and they say the get anywhere from 2k-10k from the lender?

Hello,

I have seen a few homes that are vacant and boarded up and not Realtor sign in the yard, from the outside the seem in not to bad a shape. How can i find out what is going on with them, like foreclosure or taxes. I here there is a software program where you can ck on this besides the MLS, is this true or where would i need to look?
