Ga has a REIA so my first suggestion would be to join.Secondly,I would reintroduce yourself to the site.Although,I've yet to do my first deal.The few connections that I've made are helping me to get the ball rolling!

They charge you a fee to join and then they will pay commission to you.After the deal is assigned to end buyer.Sounds
like a wholesale deal to me.
