Welcome from the other side of the river. We moved here 1 1/2 years back from CA and really are enjoying the area and community. We think this is a good time be in the STL market, but you need to complete your due diligence. Happy hunting.

I really like this group. Very eclectic and energized in many directions. Looking forward to next get together.

By the way, I am d'Amileau, my spouse is Lance who the account name is under, but I run the investment portion for us.

Sorry it was not clear for you. I am not looking for a real estate agent. I am not looking for a property manager. I would’ve put those in my question if I had been. I am looking for a recommendation for a registered agent for LLC from people that have had interactions with those in Missouri. Thanks

Are you happy with your Registered Agent for your LLC in Saint Louis?

If so, why and who are you using? We are currently looking for a bonafide dependable organization.

Thanks

There is no better way than by seeing with your own eyes. Certainly, if you are on out of town investor, you are looking at numbers and comps and trusting a local. What you cannot see from a spreadsheet or from Google are the neighborhood and adjacent streets. Take a ride at different hours of the day and night to get a good feel.

I know your post is old, so I’m hoping that you have had some success.  We are looking to do a complete rehab and we’re having difficulty getting contractor call backs  in St. Louis

Aaron thanks for posting. We need basement concrete work as well in STL, so I am interested in you final solution

Astrid makes a good point. Another good resource for new appliances is the Sears Outlet locations. In STL there are two and also one across the river about 15 minutes from down town. You need to be observant when buying from them, but we have found many brand new appliances for 50% or less of new store prices.
