We will be installing this spring in a 1200 sqft single family 4 room complete remodel.

My AC man looked at our space and believes it is a good solution. I did not want to take on additional cost of duct work.

Let me know if you would like his in contact information. Very easy going.

So many places to visit. It is very easy and quick to get around the whole area, so you are only really limited it what you want to see. Are you familiar with St. Louis? If not, you really want to decide on a couple of approaches; wide variety of area driving to see the differences between neighborhoods followed by concentrated neighborhood drives.

If your looking for food venues, well there is an amazing array to choose.

Likewise, I have a rental property in Piedmont. I would like to sell it but will rent if I get action on it first. This is the first time seeing their management tools.

Curious to find out if anyone has used Zillow Online Rental capture for landlords and comments on its merits or failings.

Thanks
