I have also just moved here, and just looking around I see nothing but opportunity. For everyone else in this chat, is there any local meet ups or assistance I can provide to your teams. I am in Clarksville, but want to invest in both areas primarily in wholesaling and flipping.

I suggest finding people who are going to finance your deals. You do not want to move forward and lock in something unless you know where you getting the money to finance the deal with. Also write up a standard contract and have a real estate attorney give it a look over this way you are not doing anything illegal in your area! Good luck!
