Hi group!

I have a property worth about 260k. I have been told by two banks that they are not offering HELOC. Are there any banks that anyone knows offering these credit lines? Thanks everyone!

@DeMarco Smith

Wholesaling does not really require and llc or business entity to start. Later when start earning more and more on each deal you may venture in creating a business entity. It does not hurt to have one, but is not required to wholesale.

Understand that as a wholesaler, the money you get will be untaxed. It would be smart to create a separate account for all your deposits to make it easier to track the income. This will make it easy for an accountant or book keeper to tack the income because eventually, this income stream will need to be taxed.

@Justin Hoke,

If you are available let's talk about some of your success in the area. The first year here I am solely focusing on flips in this area and in Nashville!

@Miranda Horn,

Welcome to the area. I do not know that I am fully qualified to say that considering I just moved to the area myself. I am still very new to real estate with much to learn as well as much to learn about the area. I am trying to establish my network in the area and would gladly meet with you and your partner to discuss some of your goals and see if we can help each other out in this glorious process

@Austin Largusa

Thanks for replying. Fayetteville is a great area especially being located right next to a Military installation. it makes for a great market in rental properties and there consistent deal being made considering it is such a high traffic area. I lived there for two years and currently have one rental property out there. I would be happy to talk with you concerning any questions you might have.
