@John Blackman Ok I will definitely keep that in mind. What's your experience with new developments? What works and what doesn't?

I'm looking to learn about real estate development from commercial to residential projects. I'll be moving to the Tampa, Florida area and would like to shadow and be mentored by someone who has experience in the field. I'm currently learning about real investing but development is my ultimate goal.

What would you say to someone who calls you from one of the letters you sent them but they really aren't motivated? They want you to make them an offer and that will help them decide. There really aren't any comps for the property either.

@Ryan Dossey  the area and category it's posted in is "real estate - by owner" 

@Jonalee Gil they want to cancel the contract if it's not sold by Friday. I don't believe he will cancel because he's already had someone back out on him but I want to get it done anyway. If I can close this he has like 10 other properties I will get under contract.
